I've got all kinds of substrate's on file but all of them about have vermiculite. I wana exparament without vermiculite. How much water do you need for just Brown rice flour? Just Rye flour? Just Whole brown rice, Finch seed?
ANd how much water do you mix with pure worm castings?
Thanks for any help anyone can offer. I wana innoculate tomarrow, i made my syringes today. Thanks a tone for the print CDC!

Cook brown rice in equal parts water/rice.
