Stomach sickness

I need some advice on whether or not to eat on a full stomach because I have heard many different stories before. I plan on eating mush a few hours after dinner and never before have I felt a sickness in the stomach (I have a had food in the belly during). As well never before have I planned to eat 7-9 grams of shrooms. So if any of you would be kind enough to give me your EdUcAtEd oppinion it would be greatly appreciated.
Peace

Well you generally get a sick stomach when you don't have anything in your stomach on mushies. But a little light food will help make this upset stomach go away (the upset stomach comes from your body turning psilocybin into psilocin).
Eating food before a trip will make it come on more slowly, while not eating (or eating something during) will make it come on more fast.
Overall I'd say it dosen't really matter, it all depends on how fast you want the stuff to hit you.
If you're only as young as you feel I died 3 years ago.

I agree with potsmokinghippie. Wether you eat or not does not effect the sickness. This is a myth because people think, 'If I have nothing to vomit then I will not get sick', but this is not true. Sickness is due to toxins in mushroom, not due to food in belly. The only difference is *maybe* if you eat food your body may have more energy in it to deal with eliminating the toxins.
I do not agree with hippie that sickness comes from convertin psylocibin as this converts by itself, even outside your body - it does not need your body to convert. Sickness comes because there is small amount of other toxins in mushrooms (psylocibin is not toxic) that makes you a bit nausea.
It does effect how fast it hits you. If you have empty stomach then it is absorbed quicker.

are these toxins bad or are they just like any other, every so often you get toxins even in normal food and then they get gotten rid of by the body?

I get sick (throw up) everytime I've tried to eat them on an empty stomach. Then of course I don't trip. It took me a few times to figure this out. Now I make sure that I have munched on something recently or right before I chomp shrooms. Haven't had a problem since.
