COLD SHOCK-still in jars
    #3194647 - 09/29/04 08:22 AM (12 years, 11 months ago)

Hello

I have 10 fully colonized cakes of Z strain and was wondering if I could just put the
fully colonized jars in the fridge for 24 hours and then birth to aquarium (I am using the PFTEK method)...OR should I birth put them in cold water and place in the fridge

Thanks

Actually the dunk is much more beneficial than the cold shock so why not just do it? You'll be much happier with the results I'm guessing
