Stromboli

My girlfriend made this for me the other night...one of the best strombos I had in a long time
1 pound of dough (you can buy frozen dough at the grocery store or make your own) 1/2 pound of cooked ham 1/2 pound of hard salami 1/2 pound of swiss cheese 1/2 pound of mozzarella (she didn't use that much cheese but the more cheese the merrier i say) 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup mustard
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam or whatever other cooking spray you use push the dough out onto the pan...i usually can get the dough to stretch to almost the size of a cookie sheet.
Once the dough has been pressed out mix the mayo and mustard in a bowl together and spread it out across the dough. Then layer the ham, salami, and cheeses in side..I usually throw some garlic powder and orgeno in the mix as well.
Roll up the sides of the dough and fold over the ends so all the meat and cheese is inside the boli. bake at 375 for about 30 minutes and you've got yourself a huge stromboli. The last one i made fed me for 3 days.

also the mayo/mustard sauce.....you don't have to put a lot in there if you don't like that kind of stuff....I usually coat it on though...

I urge everyone to try this, my taste buds exploded and my heart almost stopped, but it was well worth it. One step closer to that heart attack, but damn mmmm mmm mm.

I didn't use bread dough, I used pilsbury pre-made pizza dough you buy at market.
