EllemyshShade, are you on birth control? If you are, just start skipping your period pills. My girlfriend started doing it and hasn't gotten a period in 16 months. There's no reason biological reason you have to live with it.

It's not just the period itself, it's the terrible mood swings that I get.  I can cope with bleeding every month, but the rampant depression I experience beforehand for about a week and a half is what really kills me.  I'm about to get on birth control, and hopefully the birth control will help the mood swings.  I can't take them anymore.
