under the seats in the spare tire in the trunk in your pocket only break one law at a time. Don't give cops any reason to pull you over.

If you've got an older car, the best place I've found for strips and small amounts of herb is to pull off the knob for the heat/AC. There's usually about 1" of space back there, and the knob fits right back on

One time when i got pulled over, i had nothin on me...except for that pesky bottle of visine that fell out of my glove box. Within seconds of seeing this, the cop was like "Sir, step out the car please" and literally searched the ENTIRE thing...took like 15 min, he was opening my bookbag, going through the gym clothes and baseball bag i had (I was leaving school). I dunno if this was a rarity, but he never even pat me down, nothing. I am not sure, but i would say that if its like a gram, your front pocket might be the best. I dunno tho.

I'm not sure about your state, but here I take a few precautions.
I only travel with a small enough amount that I can eat if I get pulled over.
I don't travel with any glassware, just rolling papers in the same compartment as rolling tobacco.
Since the cops here can use the music playing in your car or any other damn reason they want to search the vehicle, I gotta play it safe.
Pretty much what I'm saying is......I've seen cops find drugs in aweseome stash spots, so I'm less about stashing and more about preventing the drugs from being around when the cop gets to the car :P

Thats really bad advice. First off, that cop had no right to search your car....did you consent? A cop DOES have the right to pat down and search your person, for his own safety. If he reaches in your pocket and can immediatly identify something as drugs, or possible drugs (ie baggy), then that is the same as plain sight....probable cause. A cop can not "legally" investigate a container without permission, either on your person or in your car. So, anywhere in your car that is not in plain sight, and not next to your license, insurance card, or registration is fine.

It depends on your state
Here a cop can use his own judgement to determine probable cause for searching a vehicle.
Stickers/music/dress/hair style are all probable cause, it's fun.

I keep a joint in my ass crack at all times.
Also just any place that makes it hard for em. Keep your car messy as hell, and put it rolled up in a snotty napkin in side a burgerking bag in the back seat. With about ten other nasty ass empty burger king bags.

1. drink a can of soda
2. stash your baggie in the empty can (obviously not more than a couple grams or else the weight could draw suspicion)
3. crush the can with your foot
4. put in an old fast food bag with other litter (like someone else suggested)
thats how i usually did it...

Who told you that, a cop? A cop always uses his own judgment to determine probable cause, since it's just them and you during a traffic stop. None of those are valid reasons though, a cop might try to pull shit like that.....but it's not legal, and can be thrown out of court. Of course, wearing a shirt with a big ass pot leaf on it never helps, and you should usually turn your music off when you pull over.

I dunno if this was legal search, but antoher time my friend was drivin me home from my buddies house after I got hammered and blazed. I just picked up a half ounce, and had it in my cargo pocket. I pulled it out to show my friend, when he looks in his rearview and said "Shit, that cop is turning around" And he grabbed the weed and put it somewhere behind his seat. So usually cops follow you for a little bit, then pull you over...but it so happened that we were driving past my high school, and he pulled us over right before the end school zone sign. That sucked. So he had my friend out of the car, asking him all sorts of questions (it was around 2 am). He actually had ONLY one beer like an hour ago. He failed the test when the cop said "Take a deep breath, and exhale in my face" and i guess he smelled like beer. Then the cop shined his flashlight in my face and asked me questions like "How much has your buddy had to drink" and shit like that. But he was looking under his floormats and shit the whole time he was askin me questions. Luckily, however, he just decided to let us go home. Which was cool, because in my state (NJ) ANY amount of alcohol in you when your underage is a DUI. Lucky we were. Are they allowed to search the "cabin" of the carwithout a warrant? Because not once did he even ask. Sorry for the wordy post

in florida at least, the pigs can search if they feel like it, because they have "probable belif" that you are intoxicated, in other words, they're douche bags who will do whatever they want, no matter if it's illegal or anything like that
fuck the man keep and whatever the fuck else you want
oh, and this is just plain hilarious:

One of my favorite places for a loareger amount wad outside of the cab usually in the engine compartment. Underneath the heat resistence material under the hood never let me down, killed a good amount of paranoia when getting pulled over too.

Probable cause... they have to be able to articulate a reason for a search, simply being intoxicated or the way you look doesnt cover the requirements for a probable cause search... it may happen anyway but if you insist that you dont consent to a search and request the waiver with his reason for the search stated on it, it then becomes a very simple case to beat... a good lawyer will beat it regardless
