stick a sterile plate over them.....just use your head...

R U dunking them in jars? if so that's ok jut screw the lid on tight. the moisture is going to get in there completely anyhow.

Oh...(shudders with ecstacy)...dunking is sooohhhhhh...gooooodd.
My little mugwump went from 5 fruits to 25 because...(shudders)...ohhhhhhh
