if your cakes arent cased then u humidty probally isnt the prob. from my experiance u can fruit a cake at neer 100 percent humidy.. just needs to be lowered for casing. what strain is it . some take a long time during primordia formation... i d say definatly keep the fresh air coming and the humidty up and your home free.
