Stop whining. The fucking Gore rooting rag NY Times counted and counted and THEY couldn't find enough votes for Gore. Not to mention anybody else's counts. And they all tried. They just couldn't find them 'cause they weren't ever there.

I'm not whining. I didn't say Gore won. I just said that we don't "technically" know how it turned out because the SC stopped the recount before it finished. Take a joke.

But if i wanted to whine, i'd post one of the thousands of hits you get when you google "Gore won". Fuck it, here's one www.algorewon.org <----catchy name.

If Al Gore could have only carried his own home state of Tennesee, the Florida vote would never had been an issue. How could he have not won his own home state ?

no he was not the 'lesser' candidate--he had more votes than the other guy. he just happened to have his votes scattered in the wrong distribution within the 50 states.

As I've said, Bush is an asshole.

Kerry (and Gore) just happen to be puss dripping, maggot infested assholes.

A moronic statement. I've voted for Dems when they were the best candidate. I most likely would have voted for Lieberman had he been the candidate. He strikes me as far more honest then either Bush or Kerry.

You shouldn't be so foolish as to make statements like that. Frankly, I thought you were smarter.

They really should have ran with Lieberman. The only problem is that it would be hard to have a Jew as President when we are fighting a war in the middle east. I have nothing against Jews, but the people that we are fighting against do. I think it may have polarized and already difficult situation. I am not saying that to be bigoted or mean to anyone.

Weren't you born a Jew?

To call humans 'rational beings' does injustice to the term, 'rational.'  Humans are capable of rational thought, but it is not their essence.  Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains.  Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.
