Best casing?
    #3187279 - 09/27/04 06:36 PM (13 years, 8 months ago)

I would like to know what the best casing is aside from adding lime and gypsum? I mean the one that contains the most nutrients and colonizes completely without the assistance of straw.

I used sphagum/peat this time and was not completely satisfied. I had better luck with just verm. with lime and gypsum added. Any opinions would be helpful.

I think if you use just sphagnum peat moss that you have to offset the pH with some kind of hydrated lime..?

i could be wrong..
