9-26-04 cyans a bloomin
    #3185662 - 09/27/04 10:57 AM (12 years, 2 months ago)

Well I manned up and worked most of the day yesterday but stopped at a local park to puff one and drink a pepsi and wander the woodchips. I did all this (in that order mind you) and was pleasently suprised by finding copious amounts of matured Psilocybe cyanescens. So by god the mighty cyans have reared their heads once again....its gonna be a fucking out of control fall season for us. Rock on and enjoy the pics fellow shroomers.

Man these pics arent working...i gotta go to work so shit i will try again later

Great pics! Probably the most helpful so far in helping me to identify them!

Saw a bunch just like these over the weekend in some leaf mulch at a park. No blue rings though so I discounted them, pouted, and drove away.

Thanks for the really quality shots!

Yea these are up in Whatcom county (Bellingham). I have seen a few other spots that have just started pinning but then I stumbled on this patch and was blown away. Some of those faded mature ones musta started pinning 1-2 weeks ago so I dont know what to think. I am actually thinking that this might be a clone that a shroomerite (Mikeofyle...some of you may remember him) set loss before he moved back to oregon. Regardless tho is a hell of a score and this season is gonna produce many more than the 4 pounds I harvested on September 26th.

Holy fuck...thats amazing...........

Dreaming of that face again.
It's bright and blue and shimmering.
Grinning wide
And comforting me with its three warm and wild eyes.

On my back and tumbling
Down that hole and back again
Rising up
And wiping the webs and the dew from my withered eye.
