Yeah yeah, my third out of town hunt in two days. I've been making the most of my days off. Me and a few friends went up through Silverton, and then to Silver Falls and hiked about 5 miles around the place and had a great time... Enjoy:
56Krs this will take a long time...
First stop- A park in silverton. Coprinus:

A fibrous lepiota of some sort:

Good lookin fugus among us:

Second stop- A, elementary school in Silverton on the way to the falls. Lactarius?:

The first picture along our loooong hike. A beautiful picture from behind the falls. If you want a higher res version of this pic or any others for a desktop background or whatnot, PM me (its fucking quality shit):

Haven't made an ID yet. It looks like a lepiota:

Some rotting boletes accompanied by some coral fungi:

Anyone got any ideas on this kickass dude:

One of THE coolest mushrooms I have seen in my life. Check out brain-like pattern!:

Blurry pic but some cool lookin puffballs:

A slug enjoying a nummy Boletus chrysenteron:

No ID made yet, looks cool though:

Coprinus on the side of a mossy tree:

I've seen these posted here before recently:

A picture to accompany our long hike:

Amanita muscaria:

Dinner!:

I hope you all enjoyed as much as I did

yeh, good pics, again if'n ya care, your first supposed lepiota looks more like an inocybe to me, and I'm not sure what your second one is but I don't think it's a lepiota... s15.jpg is an amanita, unsure on the species, maybe A. pachycolea. DH

Thanks for the corrections. Inocybe fits the picture.
A. pachycolea is right as well:

Thanks!

FANTASTIC photography!!!!! Impressive!
Do you have a 5 million dollor camera or a ton of memory cards or what???
When I take shots I've had to reduce my resolution so that I can take more than just a few...bu then the quality suffers.

See what I mean??? I didn't get the depth you did.
Willing to share some tips???
Just really beautiful stuff!!!

My camera is only a 3.2 megapixel, but I'll let you in on some of my secrets.
First, never save youre images in paint, I use adobe photoshop and only adobe photoshop.
Lighting for the picture means the world, you need to know what angle to take it at, and whether or not to use your flash.
Scaling the picture down helps with blurry photos.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, use the macro feature on you're camera, it will do wonders.

Wow only 3.2 megapix?!! So is mine i really hope i can start taking pix that look this good! Can I ask what brand? I'm guessing you use manual focus?
Extraordinary shrumes as well...can I ask where Silverton is? It looks like Appalachia but I really don't know, just looks like a really nice place to go hiking/ camping.

Thanks! Mine's only a 2.1 I got a couple years ago. Haven't loaded Photoshop on my new puter either. Guess it's time to get my lazy butt busy and get it installed. I miss it anyway.
About the flash. Yep...I'm trying to get it down when I need it and when I don't. Sometimes it just washes the color right out of the mushroom pics. Sometimes it helps.
Still trying to perfect the macro! Getting better I spose!

Ok man, here is another picture of the SAME kind:

If that still looks brown, then I don't really know what to tell you other than you are color blind.
