INDICATION OF A POSSIBILITY?
    #318324 - 05/16/01 01:01 AM (23 years, 12 days ago)

Recently, a friend of mine, birthed some 1/2 pint jars, that had been colonizing the 95% of the substrate....after chopping off
the small uncolonized part, and right when the first primordia appeared....he noticed, that on the spot where he had cut the uncolonized part off.....exaggerated primordia formation was evident......primordia , totally packed, one upon the other, fighting for a space of cake, to grow and party(...)...Anyone know the true reason for this???
Could this be an indication to a new tek?
I could be wrong, but wouldnt it interesting, to ,lets say, cut a cake in 2 halfs....i know, moisture loss will be great, but there will also be so much more grow-surface for primordia to party on....Anyone tried this before???
Should my friend cut a cake in 2 , and see what happens?
Should he proceed?
Thanx...

a lot of people cut there cakes in 4ths and then case to give you 4 times the space to party I crumble cakes to get max space (and what a party it is)

remember, behind every great fortune there is an even greater crime

How about living them cut in 2 in the grow chamber???
Would that work also?
How come everyone still grow cakes, since its such a waste of party space????
