Silver Falls - 20040925 - PICS!/trip report

Me and a good friend headed up to Silver Falls State Park today... As soon as we got there we munched on some cubensis :wink:

and preceded for a walk. This is what we found.

Some beautiful specimens:

Some coprinus:

Havent made an ID yet:

In this one clearing I found a shitload of these pink little bewdies:

Probobly my favorite photo of the day. A beautiful bolete:

Right about now the shrooms started to take full swing. We sat down and had a great talk while observing others walking by in their own little world while we were in ours:

Got back up and walked a little more. Russulas!:

About this time I was wiggin hard. Found some purple mycena:

After this I was getting pretty hungry so we drove to back to Salem and got some Half Pound burriots via Taco bell where I gave some bum a dollar after he threw up a couple of peice signs.

8.jpg is hypholoma fasciculare. Here in Holland, they're popping up all over the place as well.

how you were able to use a digicam and get pics like that while frying I don't know :wink:

...

the mushrooms in the first pic look a lot like Stropharia ambigua but it seems kind of early for them...
