i was at school today and got bored during math class and made a flip book of two people smoking from a bong. i showed it to a friend at lunch and the assistant principle walks behind me and sees it. he thaught that this meant i was doing drugs and brought me into the office and checked my backpack. he found a whole bunch of shroom related drawings and when he looked in my wallet he found a drawing of shrooms growing off a rice cake and it said food for thaught on it, with some notes about what i need to buy for my mushrooms and passwords to internet sites. it didnt say anywhere that i was going to grow mushrooms, just had prices of things like calcium chloride and brf and manure and styrofoam cooler. he also showed it to the school cop and she asked me questions like what i wanted with calcium chloride and what i need this stuff for. i played dumb and didnt give her any answers that would prove that im growing mushrooms. she also said, do we need to search youre house? and i said fine do it, but im not sure if she will. if she does search my house what will happen if she finds panaleous cyan. spores and some panaleouse cyan. mycelium in 1/2 pint jars. im not sure if the laws of pan. and psilycibin are the same. im not sure if a cop would go through the trouble to search a seventh graders house but im not sure. i also have some friends that live in a different city that i could take them too but they wouldnt be too happy. WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!

get the stuff out of your house for starters In most states that would not be enough cause to get a warrant---I am a lawyer(with hobbies) (defense)I will tell you cops are fucking dirty and all they have to do is go to a judge and say one your friends told them in detales about your "growing" opperation and the judge could sign a no knock warrant that means that they could raid your house anytime they want using swat and a door knocker be safe mone the shit for 2 weeks

i didnt get on the bus early. just when i got on it it started speeding down a hill. i think it was speeding up a hill. but anywase, what will happen to me if they find it? and i didnt give permission to go to my house i just told her to do it, so she wouldnt think there was anything there.

i dont think ripping out his spleen is realistic, however i do agree with you. what the main thing here is, is that there is nothing we can do about him doing this. that is realistic... anyways, give the jars to someone else, spores arent illegal though but your better off giveing them to someone for a while too. I would take my shit and put it in the attic or something... then just climb up or wherever and mist it whenever you need.... cops dont usually search attics that thouroghly.. and if its in a tuppaware container itll usually blend in if you use your attic for storage.... annnyways.... if the cop does enter your house without a search warrant or your parents consent, then say "i don't approve of you searching my belongings or residence" , make you parents say it to the cop too, if they continue the search, call the american civil liberties union and give them the cops badge number and name and all the other info you can provide.. if you have a video camera, grab it and start filming whats going on, thats what i did.... Eventually got the cop kicked off the force cause he did it to another person.... Fuck the cops man, every last one of them are lying sacks of shit, don't do ANYTHING to make their jobs easier.... Oh, and if the cop throws shit around your room, you can even make him put everything back where it was...

Or you could do this...
Take all of your 1/2 pint cakes.Grind them up in the blender to a powder like consistancy.Here is the tricky part if you wanna do it right,you will need a friend.Call up a fellow 7th grader.Now you get a big wooden spoon and one of these meat tenderizing mallets.You pull down your pants and have your friend use the wooden spoon to pack as much of the broken up cakes into your ass as he can.have him pound it in good with the meat mallet.Now do the same for your buddy and in 10 minutes you wont care about the cops ever again.
Trust me its the best way to do it.This way not only are you getting rid of the evidence,but you still get to enjoy yourself.
*NOTE-You should probably throw away the wooden spoon and the meat mallet when your done.

But seriously, (as seriously as I can get), the cops should nail you for zero tolerance. (is that national yet?). With the whole topic of vermiculite being illegal in the East, and Calcium Chloride sounding like something that goes "boom", They should've gotten the impression that a bomb is coming from a styrofoam container, made by a whacked out seventh grader who freaked out on shrooms, later getting no sympathy from the shroom community.

I thought several things reading this...1rst you are to young to be messing aroung with mind altering substances when you dont know your mind that well yet, next your not going to get in any trouble neither will your parents realistically, unless they know of this....The most important thing I thought of was how much trouble adults have with growing and how smart you must be, stick the research time into studying and getting ready for the outside world, because there is plenty of time for growing, or partying ect. when you get to college......

I say let the kid get caught.  He's a seventh grader they probably won't do much to him.  And it will teach him not to be such a dumbass in the future.  If your gonna carry incriminating evidence on you at all times then don't bitch when you get caught.  Although in today's system he might get the chair just for the suspiscion.  I say just chill, if your going down, your going down, theres nothing you can do about it now.

And no the cops can't just come in your house, but when I was 12, my parents would have turned me in for anything I did wrong, and did for many things until I left when I was 16.

I find it really distrubing that some of you have actualy decided to "help" this poor fool by giving him advice about police matters.. but to each his own.... those replies were probably posted by people who haven't realized what is going on outside their doors yet... America is not what it was 10 years ago,5 years ago, and for that mater 2 years ago ... in the past decade we have seen the media turn the internet in to the new "corruptor" of young minds... now wether or not this is true is your own opinion... but the "majority" of parents in the PTA, the majority of parents who are COPS , and the majority of parents who hold anykind of powerful positions in government, or are in a place to influence polititians (rich people) firmly believe that this beautiful thing we call the internet, without which none of us would have met, is something that needs to be censored and controlled, because their lack of parental involvement scares them into thinking that they will be raised by the internet(impossible by the way).... the last thing i want is this LITTLE KID on TV's 60min. with barbra walters exposing some new "subculture" that she wants to get a pulitzer for ... mushrooms dont need that kind of press(as slither said)...there's so much more i'd like to say but i feel this is enough... ... oh and was it me or was the shroomery acting a little screwy last nigh ... i had some trouble getting in ... anyway peace all
