 How often do you use drugs?

I was initally going to ask "how often do you use the following drugs:", however it occured to me that it might not be best to list illegal drugs that are used on a regular basis, so I'll make this question more general.
How often do you use drugs? Obivously there are drugs like caffiene which can be used (nearly) every day, and then others like Ketamine which are probably best used on rare occasions (never done Ketamine, just an example).
In my case, I use the more energy boosters like coffee or guarana seed powder almost everyday, which a few days off here and there as I please. As far as mood evelator drugs, ones just to increase your mood, but still do whatever I need to do, I use them every few days, maybe 3 times a week, rarely 4. More indepth drugs I need to do at the most, once a week, but usually more like 1-2 times a month. Mainly because it takes up a large block of time, and also can be mentally exhausting/lose it's magic.
I mainly ask because I'm left questioning at what point is too much or too often? I don't think there's a set amount, since it's different for everybody. But I just wanted to get a general conscenous.

I use caffeine in the form of iced tea everyday.
I smoke pot whenever I have it, so it'd probably average out to once a week.
I roll and trip maybe three times a year, respectively.

Mushrooms and acid - 4-6 times a year each
Cocaine - I ususally cave and use about 6 times a year
Booze - 12 pack a week
Weed - 3-4 days a week, 2 grams at most
Tobacco - 1-10 cigarettes a day
Coffee - 2-3 cups every morning

Caffeine nearly every day.
When I have pot, I'll smoke it anywhere from once a week to a couple times a day.
I drink beer a couple times a week.
Shrooms are hard for me to come by, and I can't really say what at frequency I use them, but my record is 3 times in one weekend.
I take dexedrine whenever I have a lot of homework or have to finish an essay, so that would be about once every other week.
I roll about 3 or 4 times a year.
Everything else is so rare for me to come by that I'm not even gonna bother estimating.

hahahha, I actually probably drink a little more than that, during a couple weeks of the month. Sometimes I drink a sixer thurs-sat.

weed- everyday
alcohol- 1-2 a week
mushrooms- 8 times a year
lsd- whenever i can get it ill do it.. few times a year
opium- 5 times a year
dextro-amp 1 a week
assorted painkiller/depressant pharms- 2-3 times a week
mdma- once a year now.... i abused it way to much a while ago
2c-x compunds..... around 5-10 times a year
dmt- once a year
probably lots of other weak shit ... like some ethnos

I also get amazed at people who've used DXM like every other day for long periods of time. It seems like some people can have some minor congnitive problems, but others seem like they haven't lost a step. Kind of interesting.

A few occasional drinks in moderation, and ritually smoked tobacco. Occasional experiments with ethnos.

Pot- everyday 3-10 times a day
shrooms-5 times a year
Lsd- around 2-3 times a year
Coke-4-6 times a year
xtc- 4-5 times a year
Painkillers-assorted pills-3 times a week
And many more drugs =)

Alcohol - 3-4 days a week. 12 pack a wek roughly. depends.
Pot - 5-6 days a week when i have it. usually go at least 2 weeks once i run out.
Mushrooms - twice a month sometimes three sometimes none.
LSD - whenever i can find it which has been never for a couple years running.
MDMA - once every year and a half or so. i almost always hang on to it for quite a while to contemplate the proper time/place.
Salvia - once a year
Caffeine - once or twice a month maybe thrice
Cocaine/Speed/Tobacco - NEVER, altho the last "roll" turned out to be what i suspected to be adderall.

Alcohol-almost daily (5-6 times/week)
coke-trying to cut back, prob like 2 times a month now
shrooms-every two months, sometimes more or less depending on what concerts, parties and flushes are coming
pharmies (mostly benzos)- as often as i can, prob like 5x a month
opiates (pod tea, opium, etc)-two or three times a year
other psychedelics-as available
