What do you think is the best method?

Hey everybody... Im a complete newbie and trying to grow some B+ strain P.Cubensis. Right now ill I really have is the spore syringe, and about 30 different text documents on how to grow effectively. Im rolling out to my local MEijer/
K MArt tommorow and need to know what supplies to get.

SO my question is, in your opinion, whats the most effective way of growing on a budget of about 170 dollars. I need some feedback... Right now im thinking the 50/50+ method but Ive heard that the PF works wonders and growing outdoors is the best... lemme know...

start small
go pf BRF-mmgg-follow to the t-and you'll be successful-cakes
make a print for future exp.
then start experimenting with substrates-additives/ casings

then go grain-seed..
then mixes...
then bulk...

you will-
need jars,humidifer,vermiculite,brown rice+coffee grinder/blender,or BRF, P.C., peatmoss,hydrated lime(casings),lighter, terrarium (rubbermaid or styro), spray bottle,
containers to case in (pie tins,bowls,tupperware,...),measuring cups,bowls,
...and so on
