Ohio Amanita Muscaria var. formosa?

Today at work (on a treefarm) I was mowing when I came accross several (15 - 20) large mushrooms. I am pretty damn sure they are Amanita Muscaria var. formosa! The largest one I found was about 6 inches diameter and I found some fully open and some still semi-closed. They werent the bright red that regular muscaria's are and plus I understand they dont grow in my area. So I was wondering if the formosa produce the same effect, assuming that this is what they are... I will try to post some pics of them but I have no camera! These shrooms look IDENTICAL so most pics I've seen so I'm pretty sure it is them. Plus I found them all growing under Blue Spruce tree's, and I read that is where they tend to grow! Any imput is helpful, thanx again!

As modernman took control
There mind's weren't all the same
And to conquer was their goal
So he built his great empire
And he slaughtered his own kind
He died a confused man
And killed himself in his own mind"

From what I've read and heard, variation formosa causes more of the profuse sweating, nausea, and vomiting.

id guess that putting it in a plastic bag really ups the chances of bacteria and harmful molds to start decomposing that thing from the inside out
