Hi, i'm pretty sure I put to much water/h202 in my perlite terrarium. The jar lids are sinking into the perlite, and the walls are constantly beaded up. Pinning has started, but it has been about 4 days and the pins are only about and inch or so at most. Is this due to high humidity? If so, what can I do?

try gettting some of those really absorbent paper towels and clear away some of the perlite till you can see the water level then use the towels to soak up the water till its where you want it.

However you probably wont need to get rid of much if any, cause if your using cakes they like tons of humidity, but if they are casings paper towel time.

Can't have to much humidity! Just a slower growing strain! It happens! I used a perilite chamber with standing water in it for a while with casings and had fine luck..fan often.

"life is like a drop of rain getting closer and closer to falling into a lake, and then when you hit the lake there is no more rain drop, only the lake."

Growing with bags, start to finish (including my new grain and substrate prep)
Anyone looking to start bulk tubs/mono tubs/shotgun hybrids? Good tubs to use..
How I do grain (old still good tips)
Turn your closet into a fruiting chamber
Casing layer colonization and overlay
