couple of odd mushrooms i found today

anybody know what these are?found them growing on wood chips..here is the first one..

point the finger blame the other
watch the temple topple over
bring the pieces back together..rediscover communication

here is the other one..this one kind of resembles greatones lawn tits..

The first one looks like some kind of fiber head possibly. The second I'm not sure.
