Is this what it's supposed to look like?

Ok, I'm doing a PF jar and innoculated last week.

There's white fuzzy stuff growing at the beginning, but now it's like white fuzzy STRANDS of stuff growing outward (to cover the whole jar).

Are these "strands" contamination? Or just normal growth?

strands= rizomorphs (type of mycelial growth)
=good, noted for colonizing quickly and good fruiting potential...

That's the type of growth you should hope for.

I can see a world where this is no poverty and no war, I can also see us attacking that world because they would never expect it. :wink:
