mutated shroom

i decided to put the last 4 of my jars on perlite and they have finally started to fruit but I have had 2 shrooms that were weird. One had this strange brown growth that looked like a cream puff on the cap. The other deformity ...if thats what is is .. the stem was normal from the cake to about an inch up then it explodes into this weird bulge that resembles a popped kernal of popcorn?? The stem then becomes normal again and the cap is as normal as can be. Are these ok to eat??
