Rowing, deadlift, and pullups will work your lats. Just think about how the muscles are worked, basically you want any exercise where you are pulling a weight laterally alongside your torso. Bent over rows --> http://www.changingshape.com/exercise/strengthtraining/gym/barbellbentoverrow.asp You can do those easily with dumbells.

full body workout: (all exercises done with dumbbells) bench press bent over row military press squat-hold dumbbells at sides concentration curls Crunches
if you run, you wont really need to target your hamstrings and calves. You dont want to isolate your triceps, as that would lead to overtraining, as your are working your triceps in the benchpress, and military press already. The secret to good gains is compound exercises. Too much isolation can lead to overtraining which actually causes you to get smaller, feel worse, and lose all motivation. In order to maintain energy between workouts, you must raise your protein and carb intake. I was a personal trainer before I became a musician, so if you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me.
Peace

Hey, i'm teetering between physical therapy and exercise phys. right now in school but either way i study this shit, plus i do it myself. Your lats have 2 main actions on the arm. It functions in adduction (pulling the arms to the sides of the body from an out-to-the-side position) and extension (pulling the arms down from a horizontal position straight out in front of the body. You want to do some pulldowns, pull ups, and pullovers. There are many variations of these exercises to hit different points.
