what to do in between flushes

After the first flush has happened do you need to do anything else like cold shock again or will more flushes just happen? How do you then distinguish between the flushes?

You generally just have to wait. Misting casings replenishes the water supply. Pick off any abhorts after the first flush.

A 'flush' is a term for mushrooms that grow from the substrate in the same group.
