It can happen, but it's not the most likely thing. If the incubator is moist [like a water incubator or something] the chances of jar-to-jar spread is greater, but still not likely. If you have GOOD lids with a decent filter system, wipe the outsides of the jars with a dilute bleach solution/lysol/etc [esp the necks], and incubate them dry, you should be good to go.
