time before innoculation

i already put the substrate in the jars (brf), and the jars are in my friends drawer right now, and i was just wondering if it would be ok if i waited a couple days to innoculate because im not really gonna have any time.

did you pc them yet? if yes, ya they will last a while...if not better not!

i wasnt able to pressure cook, so i just steamed them for around half an hour. i plan on innoculating tuesday, possibly monday which i will try hard for.

you might wanna look at the jars before you knock em up, and make sure there is no sign of contamination on them... you may have problems

check them out and if they look good steam for 1&1/2 hours
let cool and then innoculate
