I read a few teks about sporeprinting. I have a monster near ready and would like some input from you guys; i.e. teks. References?

just follow the teks on the site, man. it's super easy.
take your cap and put it on some HEAVY DUTY foil, not the thin stuff. make sure it's gills down. put a cup over it where it's slightly cracked to allow moisture to escape. if your cap is slightly dry, try putting a drop or two of water on it.
make sure this is in a relatively clean/draft-free room.

A flowhood or glovebox are the right places to do a print, but if you like risks then do it in a relatively clean and draft-free room.
Depends on if you want to be really sure the print won't be harboring contams when it comes time to make a syringe, and then you'll be sad that 100% of your inoculations will be contam'd.

I don't use a glove box spudz, and the only time I got contams was when I didn't sterilize between jars. I've been super clean and smart about everything since.
As long as you're careful, you can get away with not haveing a glove box. I just wouldn't suggest trying to do g2g transfers or other sensitive operations without one.

Spore printing is a fairly forgiving part of the process.
