A dunk question

I dunked my poo casings in h2o2 water about 14 days ago. Things flushed out well after this (before, we were getting sparse pinning fruits--things were just dry after colonization). Anywhoo, so I realized a second flush was coming on, so I wanted to dunk the poo casings again to help things along. Unfortunately, I had punched holes in the casing containers so they would drain well after the first flush. I attempted to duct-tape plastic sheeting around the containers so the h2o2 water would be held in and not drain out. Unfortunately, I did a kind of shitty job at this and the dunk water didn't stay at the top of the myc/casing...it sort of drained to about an inch tall of peroxide water within the plastic sheeting/housing for the casing. So, my question is, fruits are coming up now. Does the mycellial network operate so that if the bottom inch of the myc was dunked, this moisture would transfer up throughout the casing? This "half dunk" was about 12 hours, was done a few days ago. I feel like I should dunk it again, properly, but I don't want to let contams get a foothold by making it too wet. How well would the myc. respond to my situation? Should I do another 12 hour dunk? THanks so much!

Do not dunk a casing that is pinning if possiable. Just moisten up the casing layer and you will be fine with no loss in fruit size or yeild.

Actually, "dunk" might have been a misnomer. I meant, surrounding the casing container (which has drainage holes) with a plastic sheeting so the casing would be hydrated to the top of the casing layer for 12 hours, then the sheeting removed, the casing allowed to drain. No dunks, let's say "floats." Thanks Magash! You're the Karl Rove of Mycology (invert all negative connotations associated with that name and you get a )
