h202/water pmp?

poor man's pod:

is it recommended that you fill with a water/h202 mix?
or is just normal water ok?

and if water/h202? how many parts of each?

water/h2o2. I'd do at least a 10% h2o2, and you're going to need to add h202 occasionally because it breaks down.

h2o2 not only helps keep contams at bay, but will also make sure there's a higher oxygen content in there than with water alone because h2o2 breaks down into h2o and o2, oxygen.

i'm sure more people can help you out with their reccomended amounts.

10-water 1-h202 will be fine.

Yeah 10% is fine. You could go a bit higher though without hurting anything. Oh and that's 1 part "3% Hydrogen Peroxide" to 10 parts water, not actually 10% hydrogen peroxide, just to clarify. The 3% solution is what comes in the bottle usually, will say on the label somewhere.

as long as you cakes don't touch the geolite there should be any reason you couldn't use just a few bottles of h2o2 only to fill the bottom. lots of oxygen that way too.
