Can't Stop Moving

The first time I got stoned on marijuana was quite an awful experience. Amd I've finally determined the building block that made this bad trip immensely horrid. I COULD NOT stop moving. I was standing listening to my friend, and what she said didn't even click in. I couldn't stop swaying back and forth; I ended up running and completely flipping out.

I recently smoked a joint at school, 4 hits, and when I sat down, to my horror, this happened again! I was moving I thought.. I felt like I was going to have a bad trip, but I maintained. Anyways, this has been bugging me for a bit....it's not enjoyable at all, does it ever happen to others?

well,for me i feel pretty energetic for 1 hour,
i dance,i move a lot
but never felt negative like your experience

I've had where I feel ACUTELY AWARE of absolutely every single movement I make. 

I've learned just to "go with it."

When you say moving, how severe do you mean? When I first started smoking weed, I would get the leg twitches. Nothing big, just little twitches that only I could notice. Actually, more like mini-muscle spazms? Are you referring to something like that?

You just gotta say to yourself "Allright. I'm not going to move!"

Yes, twitching. It was annoying, and I DID keep on saying that. In fact, when I got high for the first time, I was all "Okay, just calm down, stop fucking moving" - 2 minutes later I threw my coat off and started to run.
