grow room w/ cement floor - paint it white?

yeah. if you (or someone you know) were making a sterile grow room, would you paint the cement floor with a "high gloss white enamel paint" as stamets mentions doing in the tmc? or would you not waste yer time...

I'm not sure what color it would be, but if it specifically says to paint it white there's probably a reason behind it and I'd go with it
