I just posted about my humidity being low I thought. But you guys said not to worry I was doing it right. Well, I bought a hygrometer today, and it says my humidity is 65% WTF??????
I have 1 and 1/2 to 2 inches of wet perlite on the bottom of my terrarium. It's not drenched in water so I know its not that. I fan 3 to 4 times a day for a minute and mist twice. what could cause this low humidity???

Sorry, but you can`t trust cheap hygrometers. 90% of them are junk. Are you able to calibrate it?

No, I didnt strain it through water. I just poured the water on top of it in my tank, than Dumped the excess off. Could this be it?
My Hygrometer isnt a digital one, its just got the little turn dial like a clock and it points to the percentage. I know it at least works because it changed quite quickly from 40% from the box, to 68% when i put it in my tank
