It was mainly due to resolution 1441 which concerned WMDs
Nah, that dog don't hunt. 1441 was expressly designed not to authorise war without another resolution. Which is why Bush and Blair tried to get one before going to war in defiance of the UN.
And if the UN ordered the genocide of all blacks
The UN is rather unlikely to do this. It did however make a heroic stand against the bullying tactics of the most powerful nation on earth intent on committing "the supreme war crime" by launching a war of aggression against Iraq.

At least 10 belonged to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, said C. G. Kumbhar, the superintendent of police. The VHP is one of the hardline groups accused of demolishing a 17th century mosque in the northern town of Ayodhya in 1992, which triggered Hindu-Muslim riots that killed more than 2,000 people.
