Really Blue Mushroom... (need ID)
    #3130154 - 09/13/04 04:57 PM (13 years, 9 months ago)

The mushroom was 2-3 inches tall.
The cap was 1-1.5 inches wide.
Spore Print- Brown
It was found in some wet woods in Michigan. There are a few of them, when they haven't been touched they are brown, but when they get touched they bruise very blue. I have no clue what this is. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you...

I agree with the "some kind of Cortinarius" notion.
