If using a mycobag, should you wait till the bottom is colonized with myc. too or if that is the only thing not colonized, is it ok to get it ready for fruiting?

I'd wait for the whole thing to be colonized. You're going to have a stronger mycelial network to send water/nutes to the mushrooms, whish should give you meatier mushrooms. I might be wrong, but I think I'm right. Anyone else?

ZA is right. Also not having 100% colonization is asking for contams in most cases. You might be alright but it's a risk.
