A year. Leave no room for air.

Sorry, what do you mean by leave no room for air?
You see, unfortunately the flat that my girlfriend and i are living in at the moment is being kinda reclaimed by the landlords so we may have to move in with my parents for the next 3 months or so. I was planning to store the shrooms i have just grown in the freezer (dried, in a glass jar) but, obviously, i can't exactly keep them in my parents freezer so i was just checking whether it would be ok to just keep them in the container i have them drying in at the moment or whether i would have to make different arrangements.
What is the best method for storing them without use of a freezer/fridge?

Here`s how some people do it. Put dried shrooms in a ziplock, squeeze out all excess air, zip shut. Place ziplock in a jar with some dessicant at the bottom, seal tightly. Of course, the best way is a vacuum sealer.
