Pan Cyan Innoculation

Im interested in starting some Pan Cyan spawn. I have 2 spore prints. One from Mush Mush and a wild print. My question is: Would a multispore innoculation be just as good as a culture isolation from agar? Does it even matter? Recomendations? Multi spore would be easier for me but would flushes be less abundant?

do the agar so you can isolate a quicker growing strain and also not be pounded with contams.

Yes PAn Cyan Myc is very fine and delicate,so you would be better off isolating vigerous section off an agar plate, although multispore will work, youll have better results with Agar.

Butternut squash are softer than acorn or other types of squash, which makes them easier to cut and prepare.
