Why? Why did you trip that first time? What was it that drew you towards these mysterious chemicals of infinant possibilities?

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away I used to actually obsess with the notion of taking psychedelics. At school I used to hang out with all the stoners and bug them about what it was like to drop. I used to hunt down all the information I could about these magnificent creations. I used to bug my smoking buddies (who dropped hundreds of times) for information on what it was like. I got to a point in my life were I would smoke weed and imagine taking myself to the next level of consiousness. Every time I smoked this is all I would think about. One day my friend sold me 2 purple hits of acid. I had a hard time controlling myself from eating them right then and there. I was soo excited. I took them home and smoked some herb, planning on eating them the next day when my buddies got back from vacation. While I was baked, I just couldn't resist it anymore so I ate them. Long behold I had THE best night of my life, and here I am. doing it all over for the gaziliance time. Life is grand..

So, I ask again. Why did you..?

hmm sounds kinda like me -- the very first time i heard about psychedelics way back when i was terrified and thought i would be fucked over forever if i ever did it...well my friend matt who has tripped multiple times told me about the experience and i thought it sounded like the coolest thing ever...melting walls, kaleidoscopes, etc...and one day at school he showed me 4 hits of acid and asked if i wanted to go trip with him and so i did on 2 hits...its under First Trip--LONG in the Trip Reports under Level 3

Well it was just one of those thing, the right place at the right time. Me and some friends were all hanging out one night and one of my friends mentioned that hecould get us some shrooms. It sounded like fun so we ate an 1/8th each and the rest is history!
