Vermiculite quality

Ive tried several types of vermiculite, and they aer pretty different. Some are really good, and others are really bad.
Any simmilar experiences?

I have always bought mine from the Wal-Mart, it comes in a zipper locked bag, its a little big but I just grind it up slightly when I make my substrate.

Believe it or not, I use Schultz verm. It is fine cut and works great. Obviously, Schultz verm varies from state to state, because some people HATE it.
