PROBLEM
    #3118001 - 09/10/04 10:24 AM (19 years, 6 months ago)

ok last nite i pressure cooked 20 jars for a lil over an hour on 15psi....so today i went shoot them up with spores and i noticed like 5 or 6 felt a lil heavy and looked a lil wet on the inside, so i think some water got in them....well i shot them up anyways...how much will it affect the jars? will they even colonize?

Its impossible to say, especially as we can't see the pics you posted

They will colonize yes, but whether they finish is another thing.  If they are overly wet they probably will fall at the hands of bacteria.

If there's visible water collecting in the jar that part of the substrate will likely not colonize and can be an opening for contaminates. I'd watch these jars closely so you can remove them from incubation with the others should contamination arise.

I wish psychedelic mushrooms were legal, because I would like to indulge in this amazing fruit of the earth. Unfortunately, I can only learn about this interesting hobby, and cultivate legal mushrooms.

I don't need pics for this one. That happ to me a couple of times and I shot them up too. It's better to start over. They will still grow but contam too easy. When they do contam the mixture is still wet and when you try to take it out of the jar, it's pasty. You don't want to have a pasty contam problem. Only go half way up the jars with the water. Also make sure you have a rag at the bottom so the jars don't burn. Peace
