Water me poo? (casings pulling away)

So I have a couple of poo casings, they're sort of fruiting unevenly. The fruits tend to like the sides of the casing, and the myc is slowly moving toward the center, forming thick myc, then knotting and pinning. Anywhoo, my poo casings are pulling away from their containers. So, I have gaps. And I'm wondering should I water? I don't want to mist, as I have pins emerging. So, my thiinking is: mix up a 10% h2O2 solution with purified water, suck it up into a syringe, and water along the cracks between the side of the casing container and the casing itself. Is this correct? I don't want to dig my syringe into the myc just below the casing layer, and I don't want to seal the casing layer by syringeing water on given spots. Help! What's the best approach here?? Thanks so much!

Err, kay. I'm just worried my poo will be drying out. Alls I want to do is give me mushies some hydration so they'll grow ok. Again, Thanks! Oh, and: Chaos A.D. Tanks on the streets The Fucking Police....
Sorry, too much Sep.

You need to dunk those casing, just let them float around in a tub of water for 12 hours, the shrooms and pins will be fine. after that flush is harvested dunk it properly by weighing it down and submerging it for 24 hours. Remember your flushes will only ever be as good as your moisture content.

could gnubobo just fill those tubs with water, then drain? h2o2/h2o solution for dunking?

That's what I was wondering? Fill with 10% h202/water and let them sit for 12 hours, then drain, then put them back? These were, obviously, pasteurized, not sterilized. Shanx!

Yes you could just fill and drain them like that. make sure they are totaly drained afterwards, you dont want standing water between the casing and it's container.

Sorry, Hanky, how should one dry a large casing? And then re-case? Do I need to strip off the top verm layer? Pull the casing out, lay down verm, casing, then another layer of verm, even tho its pinning? What is the best way to let them drain while avoiding contams???? CHrist, sorry, bad niight Followed soak advice without thinking things through. I'd appreciate any help. My peeps are soaking in their casing tubs in 10% h2o2/ 90%water. WHat is the best way to proceed from here? THanks very much.

punch a few drain holes in the bottom of the container and just lightly patch any holes for pulling mature fruits, apart from that just let it go.

You're confusing a "casing" which is where you have a central layer of mycelium coated with a light layer of some other things like vermiculite or coco coir or other mostly inert things... with a "casting" which is worm poo.
And to be even more confusing maybe, you can make "casings" using some worm "castings", but only if the "castings" are in the spawn layer and not the actual "casing" layer (which can't have nutrients in it or you get contamination - worm poo has nutrients)
