That design is completely whack and not useful.. I'm GLAD our highways are like they are now. We have minimal traffic, fast commuting and 7 million people.

that's kind of how hawaii's freeway is, except without all the helicoil crap. almost all of the freeway is above ground..

or even expansion room. I see NO expansion possiblilities for that plan at all. We have 7 million or so in the metro valley now. That would be brutal during rush hour.

Sure, it looks nice and designery or whatever, but it looks like you would get dizzy getting on and off. I'm satisfied with my freeways. Milwaukee has a pretty cool setup of freeways i think.
