ive always had "visuals" even before i used drugs i used to see wierd things.
i can control when i see things and when i dont.like the other nite i was on the shitter and the air started pulsating,like it was coming close and then it would go back to normal.
i can't really explain it all that good but whatever.

Newt,
After my third trip on LSD (all spaced out over 2-3 month periods, never more than 6 hits of weak stuff) I began seeing trails and microdots when looking at lightbulbs or in the dark. I'd also get cool visuals with my eyes closed.
Now after many many trips (50+) all of these symtoms have been inhanced as well as the occasional weird spaced out LSD thought pattern. It gets even better when stoned.
I enjoy it but I could see how it could be veiwed as negative too
The changes its made in me as a person are profound, and I think I've discussd them with you before...

The spiritual effects are what you wanna keep. Some nice visuals and shit are cool too. I've always been able to see shit and when i pinch a nerve in my back i can cut off circulation and it gets trippy for 5-10 seconds. The doctor told me this was normal in some people. Anyways youst remember the spiritual side.

Everything usually moves/melts for me as well as the existence of mild patterns on textured surfaces. Also, I get trails regularly and strobe lights on walls at night.
Those "microdots" have nothing to do with the acid though. Those are always there. There something either on your eyeballs or to do with the pressure in your eyes. Those aren't flashbacks. Unless you mean brief dots of bright light that suddenly appear then dissappear, like a match being lit and going out really quickly far away?

I can't say that i have any noticeable long term effects from lsd useage, allthough I do get some of the effects mentioned above.

Kid, the "microdots" I speak of are like green, red, blue, and yellow little pin sized dots that move and swirl. Is this acid related? If not, I just didn't notice until after tripping, I guess...
The spiritual effects are definitely the things you want to hang on to.

I also see little yellow and red microdots all the time now, maybe psychosomatic but theyre pretty much everywhere now when i stone...im not bothered thos its kinda cool they dance around each other

I've always had those... But now sometimes at least once a day i'll almost blackout amd feel very disconnected and then sometimes i think of what it'd be like if i did something like fall on the ground and i doo and no one notices

Oh, I kinda get that. Sometimes I get this one floater at the centre of my vision (a little circular mix of colours) that I saw on my first acid trip. Also, at night when I'm real tired in the dark, they're kinda everywhere forming a mesh web.

I see the mesh web alot too, especially when it's really dark. When I close my eyes, I get fully moving visuals (usally blue streams of color) about 10% of the time. thats something that has only started happening since LSD use.

My god, tripinco. You should really ease up on the harmful highs (cat piss, huffing cow manure, gasoline, etc). I can tell they have really fucked you up. How old are you?

I'm 17... i haven't done anything stupid like that. The partial blackouts where i like drop to the ground and shit started about 8 months ago. It's crazy.... I'll just be standing somewhere and my vision will be like I'm at 2 places in a "realm" and here on this world... sometimes i lose control and blackout or like drop to my knees.... i dunno if it's like epilepsy or seizures or something.... ideas? I started using acid and anything other than pot AFTER this started to occur. Also if I close my eyes and push on my eyeballs I get cool tunnels made of dark red triangles all connected and see light and shit it's wierd

he he I've seen those dots but only when I was on acid, they looked like red laser dots.
anyways p.d. usually every time after you have a peak experience you change permanently, other than the lingering afterglow for however long you may experience it.

I think you're standing up to fast dumb dumb and the blood isn't getting to your brain fast enough

I used to do that when I was a little kid to help me sleep. That has nothing to do with drugs.

because of all this visual damage reported (I have it also) I think its obvious psychedelic drugs are more damaging than most psychedelic proponents would like to admit.

I don't know if I would call the visual changes "damage"... those changes can take upto 5 years to go away...
but yeah, most users are reluctant to admit that psychedelics do pose risks...

now that i think about it i cant really tell anymore whether im seeing tracers or if im psychosomatically convincing myself that my hand is forming a tracer...this is another neutral side effect to acid that ive noticed

half ounce dry libs caused no lingering effects such as sensations or hallucinations, however, if i got high (on pot) for 3-4 months afterwards i would become paranoid that some of the "truths" i had been exposed to under the effects of psilocybin were real and just about evrything was a hint or example, it was for this reason that i layed off pot for a good long tims. im happy to say im now completely over it. not so much becuase the "truths" arent still present, but i have become ambivilant to them. the trick is to not worry about it. consider it humourous that you once sat in hell with satan while he tempted you with powers untold and finally you finally realized divinity. the only real fear is not being accepted. people talking about how youve dinked your brain on acid. all you gotta do is do what makes you happy. thats all anybody should ever do. if im god, or if im not, whos to say? i beleive we are all players in gods dream and any one of us may realize divinity in your lifetime. it is rapture. a spiritual awakening. whats the difference between spiritual beleif and delusion? NOTHING! evrything you see is delusion, its just widely-accepted enough to be considered normal. if you cant handle such knowlage, then you become a pants wetting, bedshitting, head smacking moron, or a self-proclaimed profit who is forced by society to live like a hobo.
heres my coping mechinism. LOVE!
if that was ever taken from me, id loose my mind id embrace fantasy and go as far down the rabbit hole as i could with as many drugs as i could get my hands on. like, if i caught aids for example. on one hand, id die soon, and i could never have a family and feel love that is real. (some HIV+ can cope, i realize i cant)
responsibe use, in my oppinion, is using the drugs in a way that will work in your best interest. this is my oppinion :)
