why dont you make a real poll with the dots that i can check off so i actually have some fun while answering. just messin. i would have to say good old brf verm. good all around, most species like it, its cheap, its easy, and you could proly eat it ????? ;)

I'm no expert, so maybe thats a good reason to listen to me.

My biggest flushes came off of brf+verm cakes used to colonize Timothy Haykob. Those are relatively easier things to work with but the result can be mind-blowing.

2:1 whole brown rice and barley .. sometimes Moonunit Zappa puts some flax in that bad agent... all prepared ala 9er tek....

probably rye berries.... mix with verm or coco fiber or worm castings..... depends on what i feel up to that day.
