You're ok. Some people sterilize cakes even without Pressure cooker.

(thanks Anno) when your pressure cooker gets up to temp drop a drop of water on it . if it starts boiling as soon as it hits the pc your pressure cooker is hot enough for grains!

I only have a Mirro pressure cooker that can only reach 10. From what I heard and was told, just leave it in for a little bit longer. About one hour to an hour and fifteen minutes worked perfect for my cakes.

Then they would probably be fine, but they would need to do about 90 mins to be sure.

I used to have a 10psi pressure cooker. I did grains all the time with no problems. Just cook them an hour at full pressure and all will be well.
