This is a GREAT steak for the grill..

Its lean and juicy and takes marinade well..

Best of all they sell it for cheep.

You can pick up a nice Choice London Broil at the store for less than $2 a pound...

Thats $6 for a good and thick one...

More comming in this post...

we usually marinate them in italian dressing and then grill them. Nice and easy and they are really tender if you cook them right.

We use a marinade that consists of a small can of tomato paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sherry.

Then after a long soak, throw it on the grill and put the marinade in a pot and reduce it to a beautiful sauce to pour on top.

Nothing better

marinate in soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and honey for 3-4 days.

It is truly out of this world. I had 30 people over today and no one could believe how tender and tasty my london broil was. Everyone begged for the recipe.

I just made some damn fine jerky out of london broil. Mine was much more expensive than $2/lb, but I got mine from the supermarket. :smirk:

Dehydrator, but an oven will work as well.
