I'll just add that my friend got some of these, and they look real good. He's just now cooking his first batch of rye using these discs in the PC at this moment. The filter discs are very large, he cut circles from his to fit jar lids, and the remainder will make hundreds of small filter discs to fit between two metal jar lids with holes in the middle. Anyone who is interested in whole grains should definitely pick some of these up at this price.

Wow, that really is a good deal, I wish I didn't already have 100 of fp's filter disks. Are these for wide mouth or regular mouth jars??????? Also, are they washable/reuseable?

Just curious as to what the water to grain ratio is and what the pressure cooking time is?
