I'm birthing my first set of pf cakes in half pint jars today! Should I put them in the fruiting chamber upside down or right side up?

I put my cakes with the dry verm side up because I got tired of turning them over after shrooms started growing under my cakes. This happens alot.

But now when I do cakes I slice them in half long ways and lay them down on a plate and case them.

But now I do more grains and casing then anything

And now I got to go

Goodbye
