possible cobweb contamination

Does this look like cobweb? Its growin all over the mycelium, doesnt have same consistency as mycelium and it spreads alot, for a short time i had the cakes resting on paper towls and this shit spread onto the towels too.. About to isolate and spray with h202. Any other info on fighting this or what it could also be would be appreciated.
