very weak mushrooms--nutrition a factor???

I ordered some amazonian from spore chicks. I got nice mushrooms (1-8 inches, average 3-4 inches) but i have to eat 5-6 grams dry to feel anything. I ate 10+g and still no visuals, just a really nice feeling. I dried them for 3-6 days with damp-rid. (very dry) I ate them strait with water on empty stomach. The only thing i did wrong was use white rice flour and verm for cakes.
Could lack of nutrients be the prob?
I thought good shrooms=good psylocybn....but maybe not.

Should i order different spores. What is a good strong visual shroom thats not super hard to grow???????

i was reading a bit on bluehoney website for storage of shrooms in......honey, and there was mention of the fact that there is a loss of potency when dried.
perhaps?? you handled them a little roughly when fresh?
but yes, a real bummer after so much hard work to get them to the fruit stage.

Yes, it is the nutrition you better get a print off of one of the shrooms, white rice is bleached and you are lucky any grew at all. Use brown rice next time.
